The Cassis family warmly invites you to share Thanksgiving with us. Our brunch menu will be available 8am-3pm with $5 Mimosa and Bloody Mary specials to be thankful for.

A special holiday menu will be offered from 11am to 9pm, featuring a traditional Thanksgiving meal, as well as plenty of alternate fare to give you that Thanksgiving-full feel. Grab a booth for the best post-meal recline

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

CUCUMBER GAZPACHO

4 Large euro cucumbers roughly chopped.

1 Teaspoon of cilantro leaves picked and washed

1 Teaspoon of mint leaves picked and washed

1 Bunch basil leaves picked

2 Cloves of garlic.
 
1 Medium shallot

½ Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper

¼ Teaspoon chopped jalapeno

4 Tablespoons of EVOO

4 Tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar

¾ Cup of vanilla yogurt
 

Place all ingredients in large food processor blend until smooth.
Ladle into soup bowls Serves four.
