In addition to our bar and bakery lessons, we're now offering cooking classes! Join us in our Private Dining Room on January 21st, beginning at 4PM, for an afternoon cooking lesson with Sous Chef Trevor Lyman. We'll be learning steak basics — cooking a NY Strip paired with seasonal squash gratin. Participants receive an entree, dessert, and glass of wine as part of the class.
